distortion.vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform and any software will be revoked immediately.
The software and services provided through distortion.vip are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. distortion.vip does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
distortion.vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or software. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
